A long-standing customer returned to Auto Solutions once again to upgrade another fleet of VW Transporter SWB vans. With two distinct departments within their business, they required a tailored solution that would ensure each technician had a van layout specifically designed around their daily tasks, improving efficiency, organisation and on-site performance. - Vehicle Delivery Coordination - New VW Transporters were delivered directly from the main VW dealer via the customer’s lease company, streamlining logistics and preparation.
- Bespoke bott Vario3 Fit-Outs - Each van was individually configured with a custom internal racking system, designed specifically to suit the needs of each department.
- 230V Inverter System Installation - Providing reliable onboard power for tools and equipment, enabling technicians to work efficiently on the move.
- Security Deadlocks – High-security locking systems installed to enhance vehicle protection and safeguard valuable tools.
- Interior Lighting Upgrades - Improved LED workspace lighting fitted throughout the cargo area for better visibility and safety.
- Full Vehicle Livery - Professional branding applied to create a consistent, high-quality fleet appearance on the road.
The Outcome:
By managing the entire build process in-house, we were able to significantly reduce downtime for the client. Once the vans were completed, technicians simply attended our site, transferred their tools from their existing vehicles and returned straight to work in their new, fully equipped vans.
