Project Overview
Auto Solutions is proud to support Sapphire Vehicle Services Ltd in the next phase of their nationwide fleet support strategy, with the handover of the first in a new series of fully equipped mobile service vehicles.
Sapphire Vehicle Services, a long-standing and valued client, operates across 19 sites throughout the UK and Ireland, offering expert roadside assistance and commercial vehicle maintenance. To support their expanding team of mobile technicians, Sapphire commissioned Auto Solutions to convert and deliver a fleet of state-of-the-art service vans designed to meet the demands of fast, reliable, and professional roadside support.
The Conversion
The first vehicle in this series represents a benchmark in mobile servicing capability. Engineered with precision and attention to detail, the van has been converted using:
- Bott’s versatile and durable vehicle racking system – providing an optimised, ergonomic layout for tools and components.
- Hope Technical’s advanced onboard Scrutineer diagnostic and test equipment – enabling technicians to carry out fault detection and repairs swiftly and efficiently at the roadside.
Every element of the build has been tailored to Sapphire's exacting standards to ensure technicians have everything they need to respond to breakdowns and deliver high-quality service.
On-Site Inspection
We were honoured to welcome Group Commercial Director, Grant Tadman, to our workshops, where he personally inspected the first completed vehicle. His visit underlined the strength of our partnership and Sapphire’s commitment to providing only the best equipment for their technicians.
