ID Buzz Commercial Conversion
Client Overview
Our client approached us looking to convert their new ID Buzz into a fully equipped commercial vehicle without compromising payload. Electric vehicles often come with stricter payload limitations, so the challenge was to design a setup that delivered maximum functionality while keeping weight to an absolute minimum.

Our Solution
We recommended and installed Bott racking throughout the load space. This system was chosen for its exceptionally lightweight construction, combined with outstanding strength and durability. It allowed us to design a layout that maximised storage while staying well within payload limits.
To further increase capability, we added a set of bespoke powder coated Vanguard roof bars along with a matching pipe carrier. This addition provided external load options for longer materials and helped maintain a clean, unified look across the vehicle.
Results
The completed conversion delivered a highly functional, organised and visually impressive commercial vehicle. The lightweight Bott racking ensured no payload issues and the custom roof solution added versatility.
